- Ensuring 100% compliance in all the Branches, Regional / Zonal & Head offices of the Organisation under all the applicable Employment & Labour Laws.
- Analyzing the existing process and recommending changes in the policies and related training modules for Code of Conduct / POSH / ABAC.
- Ensuring 100% Compliance of COC/ POSH / ABAC.
- Enhancing employee awareness of COC and other corporate governance polices
- Complying with the statutory provisions of employment laws and accordingly aligning the organization's policies and processes.
- Having vigilance on the latest amendment and ensuring of compliance the same.
- Handling Sexual Harassment cases in accordance with applicable statutes.
- Adhering to the labour legislations/principles of natural justice / SOP while dealing with the issues.
- Understanding and analyzing the labour notices, drafting appropriate responses and ensuring timely closure of such notices.
- Deciding and recommending process change in consultation with various stakeholders.
- Recommending changes in the compliance module as per the latest amendment.
- Handling various Internal and external Audits wrt Compliance.
