Role Description :

Compliance oversight for overseas locations :

- Interpreting regulations and assisting in implementation.

- Developing an understanding on US regulations

- All regulations are checked for its applicability on the branch/subsidiary offices, in consultation with the LCO. All applicable regulations are discussed with superiors, support the branch for e -Circularization / I - memo preparation and follow up with the branch for implementation.

- Follow up for regulatory inspection related issues, coordinate and assist the branch to prepare response and for closure of open points

- Assist branch/subsidiary office to resolve outstanding audit observations on all areas
