Manager Compliance
Audit :
- Conduct monthly Statutory compliance audit of Vendors for Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act- payment made as per schedule employment, PF Act, ESIC Act, Professional Act, Minimum leave availed under Shops Act- weekly off observed, overtime, MLWF Act.
- Conduct Quarterly Audit of Principle Employer under PF Act, ESIC Act, Employment Exchange Act, Maharashtra Labor Welfare Fund, Payment of Bonus Act, Maternity Benefit Act.
Reporting :
- Preparation of report on monthly basis on the above mentioned Audit conducted of Vendor & Principle Employer.
- Sharing the audit report with respective internal stakeholders and Head - HRD on findings
- Work on gap analysis, identify concerns and recommend action plan to bridge gap
Filings as per statutory requirement :
Filing of Annual Returns of Principal Employer for :
- CLRA Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Maternity Benefit Act
Filing of Quarterly Returns of Principal Employer for :
- Employment Exchange Act (CNV) 1956 for OCL
Checking and Filing of Half Yearly Returns of Principal Employer for :
- MLWF Act
- Filing of Returns under CLRA Act
- Track maintained on new, existing contractor
- Maintaining of Form VIII under CLRA Act
- Filing of Annual Returns
Preparation and Filing of Annual Amendment Application of Registration Certificate
Contract Labour :
- Collecting data on Contractors from Procurement, PMS department
- Compiling the data for registration application to carry out amendment under CLRA and Shops Act
Provident Fund & ESIC :
- Checking from CS team on changes made in BOD team
- Communication of the same to the PF (Form 5A) and ESIC office (form 01A)
Shops and Establishments :
- Collection of data from HR and Payroll on employee strength site wise
- Compiling the data on the registration format and submission to ward office for renewals or new additions\"
PF & ESIC :
- Collecting of forms from New employees and exiting employees for withdrawal or transfer
- submission of forms to consultant
- Checking and Authorizing of forms received from Consultants
- maintaining record of submitted forms
- Fortnightly follow up with Consultants about PF claim settlement, Transfer Application & Nomination\"
Government Inspection :
- Authorized as the primary Spokesperson under CLRA to respond to queries raised by Government Labour Office Inspection remarks and Show Cause Notices under Applicable Labour Laws.
