We have the following requirement - in Mumbai

Manager - Operations/Compliance/Audit from Pharma or Fmcg background

- Role is to Lead, Support & Guide all operational requirements, including events logistics support in the specialized Project Tracking space. The role would also require coaching, assistance, training & monitoring of all events related to that within the organization

Candidate Profile

- B.Sc or B.Com or Chartered/Cost Accountants or MBA Finance or Marketing. Apart from experience in healthcare selling, experience in handling Audits would be an added advantage.

Overall experience requirement is 8 to 12 years in healthcare and or FMCG industry of which at least 2-3 years is in Operations/Audit/ Compliance in Pharma/Healthcare or FMCG industry.

- Extensive experience in processing large number of events/activities. This includes Capability in leading , coordinating and handling multiple projects

- Knowledge of laws, regulations, industry guidance and best practices regarding compliant sales and marketing activities, primarily through experience in pharmaceutical industry.

- Cross-divisional and cross functional experience

- Constantly provide input when updating the directives, local Project Tracking SOPs, and provide training to ensure that internal customers, providers and external customers are aligned to it

- Good understanding of the processes, business/functional structure, goals and priorities

- Ensure a routine monitoring of events

- Good knowledge of computer software applications (e.g. spreadsheet, presentation, word processing)

- To constantly challenge oneself and implement best business practices

- Communicate with diverse members of the organization at all levels in a global environment

- Leadership experience in coordinating projects and achieving results through others
