Manager - Compliance & Audit

Hiring for Manager-compliance and Audit (qualified CA with 5-8 Yrs of Exp) for One of the Financial Shared Services in Gurgaon

Job Description:

- This is Group Finance position which is responsible for Supervising and Coordinating Compliance and Audit requirements of Various Group entities In India.

Main job responsibilities include:

- Supervising and Coordinating Compliances under various laws for Service Tax, VAT, CST, Softex forms and other FEMA compliances.

- Leading the complete process of filing of service tax refund and service tax certification.

- STPI / SEZ compliances

- Supervising the process of various TDS related compliances

- Consolidation and preparation of Financials of various Group Entities in India including listed entity in India.

- Supervising and Coordinating the Statutory / Tax Audit of various Group Entities in India including listed entity in India.

- Implementation of procedures to ensure that appropriate controls exists for various compliance requirement

- Process Documentation and Process Efficiencies

- Helping Indian Direct Tax team in collection and segregation of data for tax audits / assessments etc

Desired Profile:

- Qualified CA with5-8 years of experience.

- The person should have 3 areas of expertise:-

- Consolidation and Accounting of Medium Size Companies.

- Should have experience in various compliance related Work.

- Should have exp in Service TAX/PE/Consolidation.
