Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AIF (Alternative Investment Fund) Compliance Officer to join our team. As an AIF Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to alternative investment funds as prescribed by SEBI/IFSC from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures specific to AIFs.

2. Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.

3. Stay up-to-date with changes in AIF regulations and ensure that the organization adapts to these changes.

4. Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors regarding AIF compliance matters.

5. Investigate and address any compliance violations or issues that arise.

6. Maintain minutes for investment manage, investment committee regularly

7. Filing regular returns with SEBI/IFSC/SEZ in accordance with the law

Qualifications:

1. A qualified company secretary (professional certification in compliance shall be added advantage).

2. At least 2-5 years of experience in compliance, with a focus on alternative investment funds.

3. Strong knowledge of AIF regulations and industry best practices.
