- Design and work for the compensation programs
- Will be responsible for Total Rewards
- Manage the market competitiveness and manage the market bench marking
- Work with business/business unit/partners to provide/ discuss on the Total rewards perspective
- Manage the tools for reward programs and annual compensation exercise.
- Excellent communication skills
- Education: Master's degree from Tier 1 / 2 B-Schools
- Experience in Compensation/Total Rewards function in IT/ITES/Services firms/ KPO
