Looking for a Manager - C&B for a client in the telecom industry in Delhi/NCR with 6-10 years experience  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Lead the compensation and Benefits vertical for the region.   - Delivering business results through the attraction and retention of workforce by making competitive, innovative, merit-based, up-to-date and non-discriminatory compensation and benefits program by recognizing and rewarding employees contributions and achievements.   - Contribute to the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures to meet competitive and equity objectives as determined by senior management.  - To act as a link between the global compensation / global benefits team and the regional Hr team.  - Represents the APAC region for all C&B related matters - SPOC on regional level for the global comp and global benefits team for all initiatives or routine transactional activities  - Work closely with the regional hr team in all countries in APAC on the location specific requirements and work out solutions for them. Provide subject matter consultancy in terms of addressing issues with regard to C&B   - Keep close track of data by maintaining Dashboards and HC Reports on a monthly basis
