C&B Manager | 5-10 years | Retail About the role: - As the Compensation and Benefits Manager, you'll establish and adjust fundamental compensation and benefits policies to align with the organization's financial objectives, internal equity, and market competitiveness. You'll oversee relationships between the C&B department and other HR units/employees. - Leading the C&B team's development, you'll ensure the acquisition of essential skills and competencies.
