We currently have an opportunity with an international real estate firm based in Mumbai. The role would be as follows
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to analyze compensation trends and ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
- Evaluate job positions, conduct job analysis, and develop job descriptions to ensure accurate job classification and appropriate compensation levels.
- Manage the annual salary review process, including conducting salary surveys, analyzing data, and making recommendations for salary adjustments.
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other voluntary benefits.
- Collaborate with external vendors and benefit providers to negotiate contracts, evaluate plan performance, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and deliver communication materials and training programs to educate employees on compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related matters, including job offers, promotions, and salary adjustments.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure the organization's compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and compliant.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and integrity of compensation and benefits information.
- Participate in salary surveys and industry conferences to stay updated on market practices and emerging trends.
