Job Summary :
- Must understand the organizational requirement and design the compensation plans
- Must be responsible for providing my recommendation and expertise on compensation and benefits policies, programs, plans and processes
- Responsible for presenting the yearly performance increment budget.
- To Prepare the Variable Pay Plan Budget for every Financial
- Responsible for all compensation based data analysis to determine the best pay and benefits plans for employee across levels.
- Partnering with business to evaluate the sales and revenue incentive plan and Career
- Progression Plan effectiveness, resulting in improved alignment with business strategy.-
- Implemented new sales Career Progression Plan which should result in decrease of attrition rate of employees.
- Should prepare project for Salary Benchmarking which can be implemented as a base for salary increment in PMS every year
- Effectively partner with the HR Generalist team to serve as the key advisor to client groups on all compensation related matters including new hire offers, promotions, salary adjustments, and counteroffers
- Must Evaluate and analyse the compensation structure across levels to propose the pay ranges for the organization.
Salary offered: 10-16LPA
