Our client is a leading and innovative Indian transnational, listed pharmaceutical company based in Mumbai. Our client seeks Manager - Compensation and Benefits managing India region with more than 5000 employees across various locations.
Role: This role is required to leverage compensation and benefits as a strategic driver of performance, retention and engagement globally. It focuses on the governance of total manpower cost of the organization including compensation, benefits, variable pay programs and other mechanisms. The role is expected to drive effectiveness in ensuring a standardized approach to compensation across India including pay structures. This role will also be responsible for researching, establishing, designing & maintaining a company's pay system as per philosophy. Exposure to salary bench-marking survey is must. The role holder will be responsible for annual manpower budgeting process, predictive manpower analytics. The role holder will also support implementing and administering a comprehensive health and wellness strategy for the company.
Responsibilities:
C&B Program:
- Review and implement changes in Compensation structure in the preview of changes taking place in Labour laws and other regulations and best practices followed in the Market.
- Supports in providing Global salary survey submissions and reporting. Develops and reviews pay range across global roles.
- Manage and coordinate with all stakeholders: Generalist teams, Specialist teams, HR Service Delivery and Business Support to enable the delivery.
Manpower Budgeting:
- Support business units for Global manpower cost budgeting process.
- Creation and presentation of monthly predictive analytics forecasting end of year manpower costs and long-range manpower cost movements.
Compensation Analytics and Reports:
- HR Analytics and reporting all functional areas - C&B, Manpower Panning
Employee Wellness:
- Drives planning, developing and coordinating comprehensive employee wellness program.
Coordinates activities with internal teams
- Creates awareness and promotes participation by developing creative strategies that increase participation.
- Monitors effectiveness of programs, including return on investment results.
- Develops and maintains partnerships with external agencies and resources
Educational qualification - Masters degree in HR
Experience - 4-6 Years
