- Responsible for making a compensation & benefit plan that is aligned with Business plans & regional C & B policies.

- Make budgets for total rewards & ensure appropriate budgetary controls.

- To support other key processes of HR like Hiring, PMS, Talent Management by providing timely inputs on C & B

- Conduct periodic audits of payroll & employee benefits and keep the C & B structure aligned with industry standards

- To generate and maintain metrics & MIS relating to Payroll, Statutory Compliances & Employee Life Cycle Management
