- Supports in implementation of the organization's compensation philosophy to international business which encompasses:
- Keeping track of employment costs and related ratios
- Supporting the cost optimization & synergy realization project
- Creation of job description for all unique roles
- Evaluating of roles in International Business
- Market Benchmarking of level-wise salaries
- Defining a roadmap for fitment of grade and compensation employees
- Introducing of compa-ratio based increment for international geographies
- Streamlining the salary increase and promotion increase
- Reviews the HR policies across the international geographies and ensures policy effectiveness while monitoring affordability
- Ensures upkeep of all elements of Total Rewards across all geographies on the system
- Engages with internal stakeholders and user groups to solicit actionable feedback on programs and recommend design improvements.
- Develops targeted education programs and communication material on compensation offerings.
- Develops and reports metrics related to effectiveness of managed compensation programs / processes.
- Ensures compliance with regulations and company policies in compensation decisions
