About our Client: Our client is a renowned world leader in the manufacturing sector. They have a diverse portfolio of products and are recognized as pioneers in this industry. They are looking to recruit an established HR professional to lead the Compensation & benefits function in India.

Job Description - Reporting to the Head HR you will be responsible for Compensation Programs:

- Ensuring process performance and progress plans.

- Salary Benchmarking and Review

- Organize relations with consultants, external service providers

Benefits Management:

- Responsible for defining and managing the entire benefits portfolio

- Draw up management methods, systems and tools for development, application and control of personnel policy and their implementation.

- Define and design evolution of the systems at the Zone- Group Level.

The Successful Candidate:

- Ideally, you come with 5+ years of experience of managing Compensation & Benefits and Payroll and 5 years in a generalist role.

- You should be a robust and versatile HR professional with good interpersonal skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills along with past experience of working in an MNC is desirable.
