Team Contributor role in 9-15 years range. The incumbent will have a mix of Solid and Dotted line reporting of existing Client payroll benefits team, MIS/Analytics and Shared Services.
- Total Rewards and fair understanding of Compensation philosophy and best practices
- Compensation Gamut (Benchmarking/Stocks Admin /C-Suite Compensation/ Incentive plans (LTI/STI) and Retention Bonus Plans, Domestic & Expat Compensation, Bonus Pay-outs, International Mobility)
- Compensation Surveys /Benefits Survey (Compensation Surveys (Aon, Hewitt, Mercer) Benchmarking, Benefits Benchmarking (reviewing our larger portfolio with our Client organizations as well)
- Review compensation, Increment of all India and Non-India entities and exposure to payroll components
- Exposure to India/Non-India Payroll Administration and facets
- Manpower budgeting
- Exposure to Policies/PMS linkage with C&B/OD interventions
- Collaborate with HR Partners and TA teams to build appropriate inputs to Compensation benchmark grids, guidelines etc and act as SME
- Exposure to new entity creation, rebadging will be an added advantage. Exposure to Job Roles /Job Families administration (Hays) will be an added advantage
- Exposure to redesigning components and building Compensation mix for relevant positioning MIS (Hiring Cost/Training Cost)
- Partnering with external agency/advisory to design Compensation Philosophy for the business (i.e. Pay Range, Pay Mix, STI, LTI / ESOPs Scheme).
- Exposure to Shared Services setup, Learning and Analytics/MIS will be an added advantage.The Placeholder will also have an Analytics/MIS team rolling up.
