- Drive Employee compensation Bench-marking
- Benchmark jobs annually and evaluate Salary Grade/Ranges
- Budget Planning for organisation-wide Annual Increases
- Prepare all the MIS reports & Metrics and Master Data. Should have an eye for detail and good analysing skills
- Comp Guidelines on annual increment process & Own and prepare individual employee packages
- Proposal & periodic review of incentive schemes to drive focus on business results
- Drive Compensation & Benefits programs
- Periodic review of benefit practices keep the benefits market competitive
- Awareness of statutory & other C&B related compliance
- Own Analytics & Reporting dashboards
- Data maintenance on ERP and manual Excel sheets
- Hands on experience for handling the statutory compliance i.e. PF, PT, ESI and other legal and compliance issues
- Development of HR analytic reports in support of projects across the Organization
- Providing analytic support for the execution and administration of a variety of compensation policies and programs.

- Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Judgment and Decision Making - Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- Must be highly proficient in Excel, along with other MS Office products
- High analytical and numerical ability with passion and flair for numbers
- Should have experience in handling statutory compliance i.e. PF, PT, ESI etc.
- Passion to work in social sector
- Conducts research, analyzes information and data
- Knowledge of ERP
Qualification and Experience :
- MBA in HR / MHRM / PG Diploma in HR
- 8-14 years of experience
