- Experience: 7-8 years

Role & Responsibilities:
- Analyze industry trends and benchmark compensation and benefits practices to ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain internal salary bands, compensation database.
- Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Design and implement compensation and benefits programs.
- This involves developing and managing competitive salary structures, bonus plans, and employee benefits packages
- Create and update policies and procedures related to compensation, salary administration, and incentive programs.
- Work closely with HR and finance departments to align compensation and benefits strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support: Assisting employees with questions or concerns related to compensation and benefits, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
