- Rewards Harmonization
- Work closely with Head- HR and contribute in the development and rollout of ongoing projects including variable pay design, pay mix and salary restructuring, pay range design etc.
- Plan and lead modules/ projects in the rewards harmonization from design to implementation Strategic Rewards.
- Compensation and Benefits Benchmarking
- Participate and lead multiple compensation and benefits benchmarking studies
- Benefits Management and Development
- Implementing employee benefits programs and reviewing and maintaining existing benefit programs
- Work closely with Head- HR to add/ improve the benefits portfolio
- Rewards Communication
- Plan and lead the organization wide communication to employees on existing and new C&B policies to improve awareness through various channels
- Payroll and Compliance
- Evaluating various C&B processes and policies to ensure they are current, competitive and in compliance with legal and local rules and regulations
- Develop and manage quarterly/yearly MIS on Compensation and Benefits
- Perform job evaluations , analyze gap to market for salary ranges and suggest measures
