Designation: Manager (IC)
Experience: 4 - 6 Years
Location: Gurugram or Hyderabad
Job Description:
An individual will be part of Comp & Benefits function within the HR team. He/She will be involved in managing a wide gamut of activities in the employee benefits areas across the organization including benefits benchmarking, design, administration
Responsibilities:
- An individual will be responsible for analyzing benefits utilization as and when required.
- He/She will be responsible for managing the year-end benefits renewal cycle for insurance benefits.
- He/She will be responsible for proposing and executing benefits policies, employee handbooks and guidelines.
- He/she will be responsible for leading employee wellness activities from concept till delivery
- An individual will be involved in some of the key compensation/benefits projects along with responsibilities.
- Liasion with the Strategic Partners, Vendors and regional C&B members.
Requirements:
Mandatory skills:
- Minimum qualification - Post Graduate in HR,
- Candidates must have excellent communication, navigation, consulting abilities.
- Must have experience in working in C&B function
- Experience in medium/large reputed organization in Financial services/technology space would be preferred
- Experience in c&b policies, benefits delivery, insurance industry practices, benefits vendor management
- Exposure to benefits regulatory issues, Tax, benefit plans including, Insurance, asset program, fund management etc.
- Experience in managing Flex, car, advances, and benefits related modeling and costing.
