- Maximize ability to attract, reward and engage employees. Ensure rewards are aligned to business objectives, integrated with performance management, cost competitive and a powerful tool in attracting, retaining, motivating and rewarding talented employees to deliver extraordinary performance and results.
- Design and deliver strategies to ensure total rewards are closely aligned with individual and/or team performance and engagement.
- Research market trends and apply those findings to develop and tailor policies, programs, that address the organization's ability to attract, retain and engage employees.
- Design and recommend changes in Sales Incentive Plans which drive high performance in the operations.
- Monitor payroll to ensure timely closure of all employee hygiene issues.
- Monitor statutory and legal compliances and ensure that Cinepolis adheres to all guidelines as required by the law of the land.
- Review and revise total reward systems for specific employee populations and strengthen pay for performance.
- Stay abreast of market conditions through surveys and external networking and ensure competitive market based pay structures are in place and link to overall business and organizational strategies.
- Design and lead the annual salary increase survey for the organization.
- Provides or arranges information to be used in budgeting.
- Analyses and interprets numbers and budget analysis can be done against the real difference.
