About our Client - Our client is a US MNC with global presence in 140 countries in the Manufacturing space. It caters to the Hygiene market in India since 2005 and is growing rapidly, presently having over 500 employees in India.
Job Description - Reporting into the Head HR, your responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with regional (Asia Pacific) compensation & benefit (C&B) team and Local HR Head to develop and implement new policies and procedures relating to C&B in India.
- Work with the regional (Asia Pacific) and local HR Head to drive globally consistent programs such as pay ranges, positions & structures, compensation & benefits advice, industry surveys, ESPP, ESOP's & RSU's related programs and its communication.
- Network and manage relationships with outside consultants/vendors/competitors' C&B practitioners including participation in appropriate industry C&B forums.
- Understand and implement incentive plans based on functions and roles in the organization.
- Supervise payroll program for employees/Expat's to ensure seamless and error free processing
- Administer the organization's established human resource programmes and policies so that they are implemented efficiently and equitably and comply with all relevant collective agreements, individual employment contracts, regulations, laws, and the organization's employment policies and standards
- In the capacity of a Business Partner; Drive HR programs, handle employee grievance and communication, assist in succession planning process, roll out change management process
The Successful Candidate - Desired candidate needs to have 8 plus years in various facets of HR with the last 4 years in the gamut of Compensation, payroll management, benefit administration and overseeing compliances. Exposure to working in a matrix organization is desirable.
