Manager - Compensation & Benefits/HR Operations
Overseeing compensation and benefits programs, as well as HR operations. This position is responsible for aligning compensation strategies, optimizing benefits offerings, and streamlining HR operations to support the workforce efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compensation Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive compensation strategy aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring market competitiveness.
- Analyze market trends and industry benchmarks to inform compensation structure decisions.
- Manage annual salary reviews, including merit increases, bonuses, and equity grants.
2. Benefits Administration:
- Oversee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements pertaining to benefits.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance benefits to attract and retain top talent.
3. HR Operations:
- Manage HR operations functions, including payroll, HRIS, data management, and compliance.
- Implement efficient HR processes and technology solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems and records.
4. Job Evaluation and Grading:
- Develop and maintain a job evaluation and grading system for equitable and consistent compensation practices.
- Review and update job descriptions and classifications as needed.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
- Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
6. Executive Compensation:
- Manage executive compensation programs, including executive pay package design and implementation.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals.
7. Compliance and Regulations:
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
- Ensure all programs and operations comply with applicable laws.
8. Communication and Education:
- Develop communication strategies to educate employees on compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
- Provide guidance and training to HR and management teams on related matters.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, conduct interviews, and facilitate candidate selection. Implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
Qualification And Experience:
1) MBA in HR with Proven experience of 8 Plus Years in human resources and operations management roles & Compensation & Benefits Programs
2) Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
3) Organizational and planning skills
4) Sound knowledge of financial and compensation policies, laws and regulation at a national & international level
5) Strong record keeping skills and meticulous attention to detail.
6) Ability to work autonomously and independently.
7) Excellent organizational, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
8) Ability to be resourceful, proactive and anticipate needs.
9) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and PowerPoint).
