The Role :
- Administer the company's compensation, and performance management processes
- Analyse effectiveness of Comp & Ben policies of the company
- Responsible for :
i. Salary fitments;
ii. Performance Management;
iii. Sales Incentive Plans;
iv. Expat Policies;
- Handling employee queries and assist in salary negotiations.
- Participate in compensation and benefit surveys
- Evaluate internal and external market data to develop salary budgets and forecasts.
Qualifications :
- MBA from a premier B-School
- At least 4 years of working experience within C&B role
- Experience in Global MNCs in C&B
- Strong analytical mindset
