Role : Compensation and Benefits Manager for a renowned organisation - Support the delivery of compensation and benefits programs. - Maintain HR databases and systems, anchor annual salary review. - Conduct market bench marking and analysis - Provide support to internal HR teams in respect of compensation-related issues. - Additionally, act as the project lead for HCM cloud system implementation in the organization. - Provide subject matter expertise in the design and continuous review of pay-for-performance programmes across all employee groups, including performance bonuses, long term incentives (like ESOPs) and front line sales incentive programmes.
