Manager - Compensation and Benefits
- To be part of compensation management exercise
- To plan compensation interventions including fixed pay, variable pay, ESOPs, LTIs etc.
- To implement the compensation strategy and liaison with various stakeholders viz. Ops/ Payroll/ Reporting
- To undertake/ be part of comp. benchmarking exercise
- To Exercise control to ensure all processes are well defined and adhered to, for optimum compliance
- To be part of various exercises/ activities viz. Annual Performance Review, Director's report, Executive compensation, Job evaluation, Board matters, Hiring grid, Market Insight, Policy design, Payroll inputs, Regulatory reporting etc.
- As part of Value adding contributions, s/he will be responsible for Analytics, Process improvement, Reporting & MIS and Automation.
- Work with insurance companies, brokers, and bank's management in administering the benefits plans, Share Linked Instruments (Stock options), identifying new or better benefits / insurance plans.
- Review and Administration of Benefits policy like Company Car, Club Membership, Staff Home Loan, etc.
- Hands-on work experience with the administration of insurance plans (Group Medical Insurance, Group Personal Accident Insurance, Group Term Life Insurance), NPS/other retirement/ pension plans
- To liaison with the BHR team for effective and efficient execution of various compensation programs
- To be involved for activities pertaining to market intelligence and insight
Minimum Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management
Experience : 5-15 Years of total experience in Compensation & Benefit domain
Language Skills :
- Written and spoken English is essential
System Skills :
- Should be highly proficient with MS Office, with special mention of MS Excel
- Should be able to take part in new technology/ platform implementation
