Summary : Develop and implement a rewards and compensation strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives tailored to suit the specific needs of each business unit
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for C&B strategy & deployment for India, GCC, Mozambique (Africa), Singapore (South Asia).
- Execute a competitive compensation strategy that attracts and retains top talent while aligning with the budget and business objectives of each business unit.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs
- Conduct regular benchmarking, market research and analysis to ensure the salary and compensation packages within each business unit remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and manage incentive programs
- Ensure compliance and governance of compensation and rewards programs with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of incentives/rewards programs/Insurance etc.
- Manage employee recognition programs to acknowledge and appreciate the contributions and achievements of employees within each business unit.
