Our client is a leading conglomerate with operations in multiple sectors. They own and operate world-class projects and have attained leadership status in multiple categories. The group is expanding at a very large scale and aim to be leaders in implementing lucrative Compensation & Benefit and Performance Management initiatives. They are looking for Manager - Compensation & Benefits to be based in Bangalore with following KRAs but not limited to this:
1. Responsible for conceptualizing, proposing and implementing all compensation & benefits initiatives in line with the organization's goals.
2. Design & deploy programs like compensation review, annual & variable payouts, rewards, Country allowance alignment, Incentive scheme, Retention Bonus, Long term Bonus etc.
3. Drive the Annual Manpower, HR budget, rating calibration, promotion & salary correction approval process.
4. Liaising with Global counterparts and Compensation Survey houses for Market Pricing & Market Intelligence.
5. Design & review the Global Rewards Strategy to plan the approach for annual increments and get it approved by the concerned authorities.
6. Partner with HRBPs to drive activities such as goal setting, mid-year & annual appraisal & calibration process.
7. Implement system improvement like Success Factors, automation of ESOP management, employee satisfaction etc.
8. Interact with top management regularly to align the best C&B initiatives and translate the same into the real time implementation.
9. Incumbent should have at least 10 years of experience and compensation & benefits and Performance Management.
10. Ideal candidate should be Full Time MBA from an institute of repute is mandatory.
