Compensation and Benefits Manager responsibilities include researching employee motives, implementing appealing rewards and tailoring benefit programs based on staff needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Overall planning of compensation - Budgeting/ forecasting, ensuring inputs to relevant teams to build rate cards
- Manage the market benchmarking process, validate market information and help develop positioning and compensation ranges as per the desired competitiveness
- Cultivate a thorough understanding of the various reward related business requirements through an understanding of the business and their operating model
- Drive analytics to provide insights to business leadership on the internal/external trends and movements in compensation
- Drives resolution of compensation issues, and independently makes recommendation for optimal solution in situations where issue is complex
- Serves as an SME and advisor to HR and recruitment teams as needed in all aspects of compensation design, planning and administration processes, and counseling on customization of programs at a local level.
