Manager- Compensation & Benefits - BFSI
Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking :
- Work on creating framework for real time comp benchmarking by tapping on the talent acquisition data
- Create real time intelligence on the comp movements in market and feed respective comp teams with the trends to take corrective actions
- Benchmark incentive plans based on roles and keep directing these inputs for improvising internal plans for strengthening attraction and pay mix.
- Benchmark benefits plans through talent acquisition process and keep feeding the required input for the benefits planning team for being relevant to the market.
Internal movements Management : - Work on internal movements compensation review proposals for Internal Job Posting, Business Initiated Transfer and role changes based on rules
- Process owner for the internal movements for smooth transitioning of talent for internal roles and strengthen the process for faster and higher conversions for internal movements
Compensation System : - Work on comp system for tapping the data through various sources and create capability of real time benchmark information based on role/ grade/ function/ business
- Set up the process and lead the implementation of the process for institutionalizing it in the bank.
Compensation Bands : - Work with talent acquisition team, Comp SPOC for respective segment with internal, external data through survey and external data through talent acquisition process to define the comp band for hiring for the role/ grade/ function/ segment
- Process owner for the comp range for hiring and deviation management for the same
