Role: Manager - Compensation & Benefits
Location: Mumbai
Requirements: MBA HR from Tier 1/2 institute with 2-5 years of experience. Relevant C&B experience would be an added advantage
Key responsibilities will include:
- Market Research on existing practices and changes incorporated in the industry as well as other sectors
- Compensation Strategy formulation
- Compensation Surveys and Benchmark Exercise
- Salary & Grade Fitments standard matrix design and individual fitments at senior levels
- Periodically reviewing & revising benefits plans from a compensation / cost perspective
- Compensation Harmonisation & Grade Integration (Mergers & Acquisitions)
- Manpower Cost Budgeting
- Promotion, Increment & Bonus Costing
- Formulating Employee Stock Option Plans
- Overseas Compensation Formulate policy for each country/region and oversee the policy implementation
- Compensation & Benefits Consultation for group companies
- Reporting compensation data to the Board of directors and regulators
- Handling employee queries on compensation and benefits
Skills Required :
- Functional knowledge of Compensation and benefits design and administration
- Good communication skills & ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across levels
