Manager- C&B
Post Grad in HR with at least 5-8 years of work exp in handling HR functions, of which at least 3-5 years should have handled C&B Practice independently as a specialist.
The Job :
- Industry-based remuneration benchmarking exercises
- Analyzing the benchmarking data and drawing up remuneration proposals for each industry cluster, on an annual basis
- Ensuring that the compensation and benefits related anchors in the organization's Employee Value Proposition are periodically reviewed and benchmarked in the market
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of computation of pay changes during the entire employee life cycle (Hiring, Promotion, Transfers, Retirement, Exits, etc.)
- Ensuring the availability of market data across the industry for connecting with suitable partners for benchmarking studies
- Designing of Long Term and Short Term Incentives.
- MANUFACTURING/AUTO EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY
