Position : Manager - Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities :
- Salary Benchmarking, Annual Compensation Review, Incentive Plans, Deferred Compensation Plans
- Being Part of BCOE (Business Centre of Excellence) team
- Processing Annual and Mid-Year Compensation review cycles.
- End to end execution of compensation review cycles from salary benchmarking, Increment budgeting, compensation restructuring to roll out increment letters.
- Annual Incentive Plan : Designing the variable pay plan and determining the pay-outs
- Benefits Policies : Evaluating existing policies, Designing new benefits policies.
- Long Term Incentive Plans : Execution of LTIP for leadership team
- Planning, designing and implementing company's rewards strategy and policy
- Recognition : Designing and executing recognition schemes for employees
- Leadership Compensation Design : Creating Compensation offers for senior management hiring
- Business Centre of Excellence (BCOE) responsibilities
- Participating in compensation benchmarking surveys
- Annual compensation and benefits budgeting
- Managing LTIPs, incentive programs, fitment in team and against peers, monetary & non-monetary benefits, etc.
- Execute annual and mid - year compensation review cycles.
- Supporting the Head Compensation and Benefits and HR leadership team in identifying business/people challenges and use data analysis to help identify and influence changes.
