Manager (Compensation & Benefits)

- Responsible for supporting implementation of broad range of reward practices policies for the organisation.

- This role is a key subject matter expert of the Compensation and Benefits functions locally; the role provides local insights, consultation and advice to Human Resources and the senior business leaders as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participates in development of compensation and benefits policy.

- Managing the Annual increment and incentive programs.

- Annual planning, forecasting and budgeting exercises for all direct costs for employees (salary and benefits, annual increments, incentives, rewards and awards programs).

- Annual Salary review exercise and administration of compensation review process cycle; off-cycle pay adjustments

- Monitors compensation trends within the organization and provides analytics to support operational efficiency

- Provide ongoing support to line managers and HR on operations matters related to compensation

- Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in CB field.

- Participate in designing and revision of compensation-related policies and procedures

- Understanding of Country compliance, acts and regulations

- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA in HR with a minimum 8-12 years of experience in CB. Maximum Age 35.

2. Specialized or cross-functional knowledge / relevant experience required by the position/role

3. In-depth knowledge of concepts principal of India compensation benefits, employment acts, other companies compensation benefit programs. Data Analytics, Well versed with MS Excel.

4. Strong communication & negotiation skills with focus on written portion

5. Multi-tasking and good time management

6. Ability to work under strenuous situations

7. Team management skills

8. Good interpersonal skills
