- Demonstrated ability in the development and improvement of remuneration and benefits strategies, policies and procedures
- Strong ability to think laterally, innovatively and pragmatically
- Comfort working with ambiguity
- Experience in the management of classification/grading structures and Job Evaluation Methodology
- Understanding of relevant legislation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent ability to communicate in written, verbal and formal presentations on complex issues with clarity and conciseness
- Strong consultation skills and ability to work closely with senior managers
- Strong project management abilities
- Strategic and business acumen
