- Drive & design competitive compensation & benefits practices in line with business goals
- Identifying of any need for new polices, laying guidelines, framing new policy, conceptualization, benchmark study, communication & implement the same across the Organization.
- Assist in building compensation strategy for the company
- To formulate compensation strategy for the organization and drive various C&B programs
- Conceptualize and drive timely implementation of performance management processes
- Experience in compensation and benefits in established company
- Driving & managing the Organization's Annual Increment (Salary revision)and Annual Incentive Cycles.
- Expatriate Compensation management.
Professionally qualified i.e. MBA / MA with specialization in HR
