Job description:
- Design various compensation structures within the overall compensation philosophy of the Company in line with market practices for different business verticals
- Design of sales incentive plans
- Compensation benchmarking
- Design and implementation of KPIs for different verticals & performance tracking
- Annual compensation review & assessment process of the Company including ESOPs management
- Managing Compensation audits
- Manpower budgeting, redeployment & realignment initiatives
- Manage statutory & board compliances
- Continuous feedbacks to employees to help them develop their competencies and enhance effectiveness through various business specific initiatives including 360 feedbacks
- Incumbent will be responsible to execute performance management, leadership management and succession planning
- Responsible for interventions towards leadership development, understanding of organization's culture and effective management of internal stakeholders
- Design and implement framework for talent management and identification of talent pool
- Develop a robust pipeline through succession planning
- Implement the performance management philosophy of the organization and drive a culture in alignment with the ethos of the company
- Implement PMS on HRMS flawlessly
