Mandatory Requirement:
- Providing value-added employee relationship services by resolving payroll-related issues and ensuring satisfaction with the service norms
- Represent the team in various audits conducted across the year Internal & External Payroll, Statutory and compliance Audits
- Facilitating effective internal communication and ensuring timely resolution of Payroll queries; resolving issues related to Income Tax Calculations, PF, Investments, Attendance & Website with the help of the system

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benchmarking:
- Conduct robust exercises on internal + external benchmarking on salary, job position, job grading, etc to analyze and collect market-leading best practices and work to introduce the same in the organization.
- Policy benchmarking & design of new policies as per the prevailing labour laws and benchmark studies.
- Regularly review the compensation structure and work on more competitive and employee-friendly.
Benefits Management:
- Develop, administer & benchmark employee benefits programs which include employee insurance programs, employee wellness programs and other benefits as per HR policies.
Manpower/People cost Budgeting:
- Prepares the People and compensation & benefits budget, including the regular monitoring reporting and reforecasting of the budget.
Compensation Review Process:
- Work extensively on planning and execution of Compensation Review Process (CRP) planning and ensure a smooth closure on time including various activities of variable pay cycles, salary designing as per the Government norms and internal classification, preparing and distribution of CRP announcement letters etc.
HR Policies:
- Execute and review HR policies and procedures for assigned departments.
- Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and following up for non-compliance/disciplinary cases.
Expatriate Management:
- Visa and Immigration Service, Relocation facility, FRRO and other documentation, Tax working - with external partners.
- Social Security maintenance, Issuance of letters and contract extension.
- Manage compensation structure and oversee perquisites provided to the expats as per assignment letter.
Payroll Administration & Audit:
- Lead payroll process for all entities in the organization.
- Produce and analyze data/reports for monitoring and management of payroll information.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of various activities: Checking of Payroll and Statutory reports, MIS, JV, Provision, Debit Notes and other reports to finance, Full & Final settlement, timely submission of returns, employee queries etc.
Qualification and Experience:
- Graduate or Post Graduate
- Relevant work experience 8-10 years
- Monitoring adherence to Statutory Regulations, Labour Laws & Compliances including formulating Processes, Documentation & Business Control Checks.
