Employee Life Cycle & Operations :
- Drive & Lead employee lifecycle for Onroll and offroll employees.
- Monitoring the payroll interface to ensure compliance and data integrity, and managing effective employee cycle.
- Job Analysis, and Levelling
- Salary and Benfits Benchmarking
- Manpower Planning
- Manage relationship & agreements for Payroll, Insurance benefits & outsourcing partners.
- Responsible for accurate data collection and analysis, as well as maintaining
- Ensure accurate employee records.
- Supporting Head HR for criticality & retention exercise and other HR interventions.
Compensation and Benefit Management :
- Work & support Head-HR to assess benefits, compensation and compliance needs.
- Closely work with Mercer/Aon team to ensure benchmarking and levelling
- Creating policies and procedures
- Work on changing employee benefits regulations, as well as the shifting needs of an organization's workforce.
- Health benefits and renewal.

- Headcount Analysis
- Bonus Accrual & dashboards
- Cost & Budgeting
- Drafting and implementing HR Standard Operating Processes
- PF Management
- PF Filling, Returns & Challan Management
