Job Description :
- Manage salary survey/ Compensation survey management support and reporting for different entities in multiple countries.
- Leading the Market Intelligence project.
- Salary structures, job evaluations, communications, market pricing, salary survey tool management, job bench marking in the Talent Reward tool.
- Experience with data auditing and reconciliation.
- Customer Coordination and follow-up through business reviews.
Desired Profile :
- Team management and people development skills would be an added advantage
- MS Office (Advanced Excel and Word Skills) and Share point skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills.
- Talent Rewards Tool will be added advantage
- Should be a full time graduate.
Ready to work - Day shift and Afternoon Shift.
