Responsibilities:

4. Performance Management: Integrating compensation and rewards with the performance management system to link employee performance and contributions to their compensation. Implementing performance-based bonuses, incentives, and merit-based pay increases.

5. Benefits Administration: Managing the organization's benefits programs, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, holidays and paid time off, and other fringe benefits.
