- Manage the development, implementation, and administration of compensation benefits & rewards programs, collaborating with key stakeholders across Production, QC, CRC, G&A, External rewards partners/vendors, Global and studio counterparts;

- Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation practices, benefits administration, and recommend changes or stabilise as needed, in a cost-effective manner.

- Recommend local compensation strategies and solutions that are cost-effective, protalent, and consistent with compensation trends, company objectives, and supports the total rewards strategy

- Drive the annual activities such as wage forecasting, analysing performance parameters for salary planning, building salary scales, and budgeting process for each department, and standardising for studio and legal purposes/audits;

- Manage end-to-end the salary and bonus planning, execution and feedback analyses on process post deployment. Partner with HRBPs, HODs & Business managers, HQ and other counterparts for hosted departments/contracts.

- Support the TA & HRBP teams in the development of salary proposals, internal and external benchmarks, provide updates on tools and processes, and support the talent selection process for offers (external and internal candidates)

- Assist employees with queries regarding compensation/pay mix, benefits, rewards equity and performance-pay topics.

- Oversee & conduct market studies, statistical analysis, and other types of research to ensure total compensation program competitiveness with the goal of attracting and retaining top talent; Providing local inputs for consideration at global level to represent total rewards nuances better.

- Design creative solutions for specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans as per market and legal trends, patterns or recommendations;

- Use a creative approach to develop direct financial and non-financial compensation impact strategies;

- Strategically working HQ & HRD on job classifications to propose solutions in line with acquisition and retention needs. Contribute to and administer the local and global job and organisational restructuring projects.
