- As a Company Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective governance and compliance of the organization.
- You will be responsible for managing board meetings, maintaining company records, and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on and implement corporate governance best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable statutes.
- Prepare and file statutory returns and forms with regulatory authorities.
- Manage board meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring effective communication between board members and management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date company records, including share certificates, registers, and resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including shareholders, directors, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate matters.
- Perform general secretarial duties, such as drafting resolutions, preparing notices, and attending meetings.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and statutory filings.
