Job Summary: They are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager - Community to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate, community engagement, knowledge of building permissions, builders, and associations. This position will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence in residential communities and strengthening our partnerships with builders and associations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and explore opportunities to expand The clients presence in residential communities by collaborating with builders, real estate developers, and housing associations.
- Partnership Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, property developers, and housing associations to secure exclusive tie-ups and agreements.
- Community Engagement: Work closely with residential communities to understand their unique broadband requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of Clients product offerings and effectively communicate the benefits to potential partners and clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the community segment.
- Building Permissions: Navigate the complexities of building permissions and regulatory requirements related to broadband installation within residential communities.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team, ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and effective sales processes and excellent post-sales support.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities in the broadband market.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and analyses related to sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Negotiations: Conduct negotiations and agreements with key stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships and exclusive deals.
Required Skills :
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, builders, and associations.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate, community dynamics, and the nuances of working with housing associations.
- Familiarity with the regulatory and legal aspects of securing building permissions for broadband installations.
- Experience in the broadband or similar industry is a strong plus.
