Job Designation : Manager - Communications

Division / Department : Communications

Reporting to : Head - Communications

Area responsible for : PAN India ( Internal & External

Location : Corporate Office - Mumbai

Functional Area : Communications; Brand Management

Internal Communication :

- Manage employee communication campaigns from a content, creative and execution perspective

- Retain relevance of Indian messaging, while aligning to global brand guidelines and processes

- Maximum utilization of available communication tools, for outreach to all employees across India

- Cost-effective but efficient communication tools management, which means employing those communication tools that are cost effective but impactful from a message delivery perspective

- Manage real time update of development content across all communication tools, and across all target employees

- Manage agency / 3rd party vendor performance quality and timelines, through regular reporting and monitoring

- BU relationships within India to ensure regular inflow of information relating to developments, growth plans etc.

- Responsible for adherence to internal communication timelines and processes

External Communication :

- Initiate and develop media relations with healthcare writers / correspondents across media genres

- Implement programmes for measured saliency of the brand and spokespeople through diverse tools including speaker forums, media articles, interviews, panel discussions etc.

- Generate content across all messaging pillars for sustained and syncronised media engagement

- Active communication support for all target audience programmes implemented by the Business/Marketing Team

- Marketing and customer communication content generation and delivery for measurable impact

- Process management for external communication

- Manage agency / 3rd party vendor performance quality and timelines, through regular reporting and monitoring

Others :

- Communicate to the Asia Pacific Communications Team regarding the on plans and ongoing activities

Skills/Expertise :

- Post Graduate Degree / in Mass Communication / Marketing / Journalism.

- More than 8 years- work experience in corporate communications, preferably in the healthcare space, including at least a year of PR agency exposure.
