Screening:
- Screening the universe of products inline with focus areas.
- Maintain marketing wish list for portfolio & plan pipeline.
Evaluation:
- Detailed evaluation of the screened molecule based on the differentiation of the products, performance in the market, competition, complexity, timing, capability and capacity.
- Derivation of pricing and volume forecast to prepare the projections .
- Competitive intelligence on pricing and competition.
- Discussion with regional teams to understand the opportunity specific to their geographies and costumers.
- Discussions with cross functional teams like Medical, R&D, IP, regulatory, finance and sales to identify the right opportunity for pipeline.
Prioritization:
- Prioritization of the products for development to ensure the timely availability for products to the sales team.
Monitoring:
- Periodically track pipeline products for market performance, competition, price changes.
Ad hoc assignments:
- Assist the customer excellence team in the creation of communication materials.
