People with FICTION experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the marketing teams on all commercial, sourcing and procurement matters.

- Effective management of external agencies & partners - Creative, Media, Outdoor and BTL agencies. Engage with current and new partners and develop a preferred partner network based on identified performance metrics.

- Provide strategic counsel and commercial expertise to the business & be accountable for sound commercial decisions across the network.

- Develop commercial strategy consistent with the overall strategic direction of the organization.

- Know and analyse market trends to identify opportunities that can optimize commercial decisions.

- Propose creative commercial solutions to contribute to the bottom-line.

- Develop and manage annual commercial budget pertaining to marketing and other costs to achieve the maximum impact and achievement of business objectives.

- Ensure legal and statutory compliance with organizational processes and systems.

- Operate with the highest level of integrity, honesty and transparency and represent the company brand appropriately to external stakeholders.

- Driving innovations and energize team members towards achieving stretch goals.

Qualifications/ Requirements :

- Post graduate with around 7 or more years of related experience

- Experience of working with MNCs and in depth experience of driving commercial strategies

- Executive presence, with the capability to build credibility and gain trust and respect with the stakeholders along with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.

- She/he should have an entrepreneurial spirit, pro-active attitude, be self-driven and detail oriented, possess excellent business judgement and have a keen eye for value along with great networking skills.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to interpret business requirements.

- Bright, quick, articulate, good interpersonal skills and able to adapt to different internal and external constituencies

- Viewed as a team player who also possesses the independence of thought and opinion to provide candor and honest feedback when making key business decisions.
