We are looking for our Manager - Commercial, who will be based at our Mumbai office and report into the Vice President – Commercial.

Nature of Employment: Full-time Employee

Considering the high growth trajectory of Prime Focus over the last few years and plans for the future, this position is crucial and would be responsible for:

1) Strategic Contracting for IT/ Technical procurements for both domestic and international business.

2) Financial and budget control for projects.

3) Capital cost control by finalizing competitive dealers / distributors for providing the right type of products and services.

4) Handling legal documentation and legal procedures for global import/ export.

5) Managing the payment process for purchases made.

The ideal candidate must possess:

1) Experience in IT procurement preferably in the media industry.

2) Ability to understand workflows and deliver intelligently in terms of technology and time.

3) Demonstrated ability in managing funds by negotiating excellent payment terms.

4) Experience of working in critical situations with out of the box ideas and quick reaction time.

i. Solutions-oriented thinking style that allows him to seek out the problem statement and work through systems/people to get a resolution that addresses the business need

ii. Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to independently organize and lead all relevant interactions internally and externally

Qualification: Graduate in Computers or Commerce with 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the IT / Technical procurement space in the Media/ IT/ ITES industry.
