Manager - Commercial & Legal - EPC/Manufacturing/Engineering Industry - LLB

JOB LOCATION : Hinjewadi, Pune

Qualification : LLB (Law)

Job Purpose :

The candidate will be responsible to provide legal support to various divisions of the company

Key Job Success factors (Key Responsibilities):

1. Drafting of LOI- s, MOU- s, NDA- s, Commercial Agreements for sale of goods or services and for procurement of goods or services, Technology License Agreements, Technology Assignment Agreements etc

2. Responsible for coordinating with external law firms and/or external advocates for seeking opinions, whenever required.

Technical Competencies:

Candidate must have strong understanding of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Knowledge and Skills:

Candidate must be well versed with international standard forms of contracts such a FIDIC

Preferably looking for candidates working in Engineering Purchase Construction (EPC) industry / Manufacturing / Engineering company
