- Monitors trends for competition in the marketplace

- Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper lease documentation

- Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing/negotiating lease transactions and agreement

- Experience in Industrial spaces' leasing will be preferred

- Setup/abstracting of new leases

- Identifies BTS opportunities in the portfolio

- Works with existing tenants to grow their footprint and relationship

- Works with the investment team to evaluate new opportunities

- Identifies tenants for space getting vacant, works with asset manager to optimise the portfolio occupancy

- Maintain relationship with IPC and brokers in Pan India
